These services may involve third-party platforms (Google Calendar, Make.com, Twilio, ClickSend, Vapi, etc.).

2. Eligibility

You must be:

  • Authorized to act on behalf of a business (if using our services for a company)

  • In compliance with all local laws and regulations

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during onboarding

  • Use the service only for lawful business purposes

  • Not misuse automated calling, messaging, or AI agents

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials

You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

4. AI Agent Behavior & Limitations

While our AI agents are designed to perform tasks accurately, you acknowledge that:

  • AI responses may not always be perfect

  • AI should not be used for medical, legal, or financial advice

  • You are responsible for monitoring and reviewing AI outputs

  • You must ensure AI does not violate any industry regulations relevant to your business

Yaso Automations is not liable for business losses resulting from AI errors, incorrect scheduling, or misinterpreted customer communication.

5. Payment & Billing

Yaso Automations may charge fees for:

  • Setup

  • Monthly AI assistant plans

  • Per-use credits (calls, messages, tasks)

  • Add-on integrations

By subscribing or purchasing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as:

  • Google Calendar

  • Twilio / ClickSend / SMS providers

  • Vapi.ai

  • Make.com

  • CRM tools

We are not responsible for downtime, errors, data loss, or limitations caused by third-party systems.

You agree to follow the Terms & Conditions of any connected platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Yaso Automations website — logo, branding, text, features, code, and design — is owned by Yaso Automations and protected under copyright law.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute our materials without permission.

8. Data & Privacy

We collect and process business information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Key points:

  • We store only the data required to deliver our services

  • We do not sell customer information

  • You may request data deletion at any time

  • Third-party tools may store some data as part of their functionality

By using our service, you consent to our data practices.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Yaso Automations is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the most recent 30 days of service

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in abusive or fraudulent use

  • Payment fails or chargebacks occur

  • You misuse AI agents or integrations

You may cancel your service at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.

Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the update.
