Cancelaation Policy
30-Day Notice Requirement
Clients may cancel their subscription or service agreement at any time by providing a minimum of thirty (30) days’ written notice to Yaso Automations.
Billing During Notice Period
Upon submission of a cancellation request, services will continue as normal for the remainder of the 30-day notice period, and the client will be billed through the end of that billing cycle/month.
Final Charge
The final invoice will be charged at the end of the current month, regardless of the cancellation request date, to cover services rendered during the notice period.
No Prorated Refunds
Yaso Automations does not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused services once a billing cycle has begun.
Service Termination
Access to services, systems, automations, and ongoing support will be terminated at the conclusion of the 30-day notice period.
How to Cancel
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via:

Any official communication channel previously agreed upon.
Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
Policy Acknowledgment
By subscribing to or using Yaso Automations’ services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.
